Product Overview

RAL6005 S250GD+Z PPGI Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil is structural grade color coated steel coil produced according to EN10346 standard. The base material S250GD+Z hot-dip galvanized steel features higher yield strength than DX51D series, specially designed for load-bearing structural building components. The surface is coated with organic paint in classic RAL6005 moss green color, widely used for agricultural farm buildings, greenhouses and landscape-matched construction projects.

The galvanized substrate provides reliable zinc anti-corrosion protection, while the top organic paint layer resists UV, rain and weather fading. Zinc coating mass can be customized Z60 to Z275 g/m². Customers can select PE, SMP, HDP or PVDF coating based on local climate. HDP and PVDF coating effectively slow color fading under long-time outdoor sunlight.

This moss green S250GD+Z PPGI is commonly fabricated into structural corrugated roof sheets, exterior wall panels, farm barn siding, greenhouse accessory panels and prefab structural profiles. Available thickness from 0.18mm to 1.2mm, width range 600–1250mm, inner coil diameter 508mm /610mm, coil weight 2–8 tons.

Gloss, matte, metallic, pearlescent, wood grain, marble grain, brick pattern, tile pattern and stucco texture options are available. Please note that slight color difference exists between screen display and real steel coil, physical color card can be provided for final confirmation before mass production.
