Product Overview
RAL9002 DX51D+Z PPGI Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil is a pre-painted color coated steel product manufactured under EN10346 standard, using DX51D+Z hot-dip galvanized steel as base substrate. The top side is coated with organic paint finished in classic RAL9002 off white shade, which is one of the most popular neutral colors widely adopted in global construction industry.
The galvanized substrate provides primary rust protection, while the organic top coating further shields the steel from UV radiation, rain, dust and mild chemical erosion. We can customize zinc coating mass from Z60 to Z275 g/m² and offer four main coating systems: standard polyester PE, silicon modified polyester SMP, high durable polyester HDP and polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF. Each coating grade serves different lifespans and climate conditions, from inland normal atmosphere to strong UV outdoor regions.
This RAL9002 DX51D+Z PPGI coil can be processed into corrugated roofing sheets, wall cladding panels, prefabricated house wall & roof components, warehouse siding, metal door skins, agricultural farm building panels and decorative metal profiles. We support customized thickness ranging from 0.12mm to 1.2mm, width from 600mm up to 1250mm, inner coil diameter 508mm or 610mm. Coil weight can be adjusted from 2 tons to 8 tons according to customer loading requirements.

RAL9002 is off-white color defined by RAL color card. RAL9002 DX51D+Z PPGI is pre-painted galvanized steel coil with off-white organic coating, widely used for building roof and wall cladding.
PE for normal inland environment; SMP for moderate UV; HDP for strong sunlight outdoor; PVDF for coastal, high UV and harsh corrosive environment with longest service life.
We adopt spectrophotometer to control color difference ΔE value. Color sample confirmation before mass production is available to ensure batch color stability.
PPGI substrate is hot-dip galvanized (zinc coating). PPGL substrate is galvalume (aluminum-zinc alloy coating). PPGL performs better anti-corrosion especially near seashore.
PE coating: 5–10 years; SMP:8–12 years; HDP:10–15 years; PVDF: up to 25 years under normal atmospheric environment, service life varies by climate and coating maintenance.
