Product Overview

Straight Web Steel Sheet Pile is a hot-rolled interlocking steel sheet pile with a flat straight web structure. It is mainly designed for shallow excavation support, temporary cofferdams, municipal trench protection and light-duty retaining projects where easy installation and cost efficiency are required.

Different from U Type Steel Sheet Pile and Z Type Steel Sheet Pile, the straight web design features a flat middle web with interlock clutches located on both edges. This structure provides convenient pile driving, easier transportation and economical performance for light-load engineering conditions.

Straight Web Steel Sheet Pile includes Chinese PZ series and European LSP series, manufactured according to international standards including GB/T 2093-2014, ASTM A6/A6M-22, EN 10248-1-2017 and JIS G3192-2018 for overseas engineering procurement.

Available with multiple steel grades, standard lengths and customized fabrication services, Straight Web Steel Sheet Pile provides practical retaining solutions for temporary construction works, municipal engineering, flood-control barriers and light cofferdam structures.
