Product Overview

Z Type Steel Sheet Pile is a hot-rolled interlocking steel profile with a distinctive Z-shaped cross-section, designed for heavy-duty earth retaining, water barrier and foundation support applications. Its optimized Z geometry provides higher section modulus and bending resistance, making it suitable for deep excavation, marine structures and permanent retaining wall systems.

Manufactured according to international standards including GB/T 2093-2014, ASTM A6/A6M-22, EN 10248-1-2017 and JIS G3192-2018, Z Type Steel Sheet Pile covers Chinese Z series and European Z series to meet global engineering procurement requirements.

The product range includes Chinese standard Z270, Z350, Z400 and Z500, as well as European standard Z275, Z355, Z430 and Z550. The Z-shaped layout moves interlock clutches away from the neutral axis, improving structural efficiency compared with traditional sheet pile profiles for large lateral-load applications.
