Product Overview
TDC51D+AZ PPGL Prepainted Aluzinc Steel Sheet (Color Coated GL Plate) uses TDC51D+AZ aluzinc (GL) steel as substrate. The substrate adopts 55% aluminum-zinc-silicon hot dip alloy coating, delivering excellent anti-corrosion performance especially in coastal, salt fog and high humidity atmosphere.
TDC51D+AZ grade has balanced ductility and corrosion resistance. The prepainted organic coating can be PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF. Coating structure optional 2/1 (top coat + primer) or 2/2 (top + primer on both sides). It supports full RAL color system, custom color matching, gloss adjustment and various surface textures including smooth, orange peel, wood grain and stone grain.
TDC51D+AZ PPGL is the preferred material for seaside factory roofing, wall cladding, cold storage panels, container side panels, coastal agricultural greenhouses and high humidity building facades.
Available thickness: 0.20mm–1.2mm; Width:700–1250mm, supplied in coil or cut flat sheet. Aluzinc coating weight: AZ50, AZ70, AZ100, AZ150.
