Product Overview

YX25-210-840 PPGL color coated corrugated roof sheet is a popular medium rib metal roof tile fabricated with DX51D prepainted aluzinc steel substrate. The profile stands for 25mm rib height, 210mm pitch and 840mm effective covering width after roll forming. The aluzinc substrate consists of aluminum-zinc alloy coating, offering much better anti-corrosion performance than ordinary galvanized PPGI sheet, which makes it the preferred solution for coastal, humid and lightly industrial corrosive regions.

This PPGL roof tile adopts organic top coating plus backside protective primer. Customers can select coating systems: standard PE polyester, HDP high durable polyester, SMP silicon modified polyester and high-end PVDF fluorocarbon coating for different service life requirements. We support all standard RAL colors and customized color matching. The sheet can be cut to any required length according to project drawings.

It is widely applied for residential roof, factory workshop, logistics warehouse, poultry farm, seaside resort buildings and wall cladding. The corrugated overlapping design ensures good waterproof performance with proper installation. Light weight reduces load on building structure.
