Product Overview
CS Type A Galvanized Steel Sheet is hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet with low carbon substrate, produced under continuous hot-dip galvanizing process, complying with ASTM A653 standard. It is commercial grade galvanized steel designed for non-critical forming applications.
This grade provides good surface appearance and basic processing performance, widely adopted for simple blanking, bending, punching and assembly works. It can be supplied with varied zinc coating weight, from Z40 up to Z275g/m².
Thickness ranges 0.15mm–3.5mm, width 600mm–1500mm. CS Type A GI steel sheet can be delivered as flat sheet or steel coil, with customized slitting & cutting service. Typical applications include general metal parts, simple structural accessories, ventilation accessories, warehouse shelving and low-corrosion indoor components.

CS Type A GI sheet is commercial grade for non-critical forming. It is commonly used for simple blanking, bending parts, ventilation accessories, warehouse shelving and indoor hardware components.
Yes, we supply CS Type A with zinc coating from Z40 to Z275g/m². G90 (Z275) is our mainstream stock specification for this grade.
CS Type A is commercial grade, only for simple bending & blanking. For complex deep drawing, please select DDS or EDDS galvanized grades instead.
Mill Test Certificate (MTC) will be provided with shipment, complying with ASTM A653 standard. Third-party inspection can be arranged before loading.
Standard MOQ is 5 tons. If you need mixed sizes or small trial order, please contact us to negotiate.
Seaworthy export package: waterproof paper + plastic film wrapped, fixed on wooden pallets, suitable for sea transport to avoid moisture damage.
