Product Overview
DC04 Cold Rolled Steel Coil is deep drawing low carbon cold rolled steel conforming to EN10130 European standard. It is made by cold rolling pickled hot rolled substrate and full soft annealing treatment to optimize deep drawing performance.
DC04 is the most popular deep drawing grade in European market, equivalent to JIS SPCE. It is designed for complex deep stamping and shell forming, widely applied in automotive parts, deep drawn household appliance shells, motor housings and complex precision stamped components.
Our factory provides full range DC04 cold rolled coil. Slitting, flattening and cut-to-length processing are available. Optional PE protective film protects bright surface during sea shipment.

DC04 follows EN10130 European cold rolled steel standard.
DC04 is equivalent to SPCE JIS G3131 grade for deep drawing applications.
DC01 is general-purpose grade only for simple bending, DC04 is deep drawing grade with much higher ductility for complex forming.
