Product Overview
DX51D, DX52D, DX53D and DX54D are full-series cold-forming hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets manufactured in accordance with EN 10346 European standard. As the most popular formable GI steel grades in global market, these four grades cover all conventional forming scenarios, ranging from simple roll bending to ultra-complex deep drawing stamping.
DX51D is the general-purpose commercial grade for basic profiling and bending. DX52D features improved ductility for medium stamping and forming. DX53D is professional deep-drawing grade suitable for moderately complex stamped parts. DX54D is ultra-low carbon ultra-deep drawing grade, specially designed for severe forming requirements with extremely high elongation and excellent anti-aging performance.
Adopting continuous hot-dip galvanizing technology, the DX series GI sheets provide uniform zinc coating and strong surface adhesion. Multiple zinc coating options are available from Z40 to Z275g/m², with regular, minimal and zero spangle surface optional. The size range covers thickness 0.25mm–3.0mm, width 700mm–1500mm, supporting custom cut-to-size service. Widely applied in home appliance shells, ventilation ducts, automotive interior parts, metal furniture, architectural profiles, electrical cabinets and general metal fabrication industries. Every batch is equipped with complete MTC certificates and supports third-party inspection for global engineering and trading projects.
