Product Overview

DX51D GL Aluzinc Corrugated Roof Sheet, also known as galvalume corrugated roofing panel, adopts DX51D cold rolled substrate coated with aluminum-zinc alloy (55% Al-Zn). Available coating weight ranges from AZ50, AZ70, AZ100 to AZ150 to meet different anti-corrosion requirements.

The corrugated profile improves bending strength and water drainage performance, widely applied in industrial factories, warehouses, agricultural barns, carports, temporary workshops and wall cladding projects. Our DX51D aluzinc roof sheets can be customized in effective width, thickness, length and wave profile according to customer drawings. The surface can be regular spangle, minimal spangle or anti-fingerprint treatment.

This DX51D grade substrate features great ductility, no cracking during corrugation. Aluzinc coating provides self-healing protection at cut edges, effectively resisting oxidation, moisture and mild chemical corrosion.
