Product Overview
DX51D+Z Galvanized Steel Coil is hot-dip galvanized carbon steel coil manufactured to EN 10346 European standard. The carbon steel substrate is immersed in molten zinc bath to form a strong metallurgical bonded zinc layer on steel surface, preventing rust and corrosion. This grade is the most widely used commercial quality galvanized coil for general forming, bending, profiling and stamping applications, not recommended for severe deep drawing.
We supply thickness range 0.15–3.0mm, standard widths 914mm,1000mm,1219mm,1250mm, custom slitting and cut-to-length service available to meet customer dimension demands. Zinc coating options cover Z30 to Z350 g/m², with regular spangle, minimal spangle and zero spangle surface. Available surface treatments include passivation, oiled, chromium-free and anti-fingerprint AF treatment.
DX51D+Z GI coil is widely applied in ventilation ducts, highway guardrails, cable trays, prefab house wall panels, livestock farm structures, general stamped hardware, roofing and framing components. Products comply with EN, ASTM, JIS and GB standards, all batches can be supplied with MTC for inspection before shipment.

DX51D+Z GI coil is used for ventilation ducts, highway guardrails, cable trays, prefabricated house wall panels, livestock facilities and common stamped hardware parts. It is suitable for bending, profiling and simple stamping, not for deep drawing work.
ASTM equivalent is A653 CS Type B; JIS equivalent grade is SPHC+Z; GB equivalent is Q235+Z. All grades are for general forming purpose with similar mechanical performance.
We offer Z30 up to Z350 g/m² zinc coating. Z275 is the most popular option for outdoor anti-corrosion projects.
Yes, we provide slitting service to cut master coil into custom narrow strips, also support cut-to-length sheets.
