Product Overview
DX52D+Z Galvanized Steel Coil is hot-dip galvanized low carbon steel complying with EN10346 standard. Compared with DX51D+Z, DX52D+Z features better ductility for moderate drawing and forming requirements. The steel substrate is coated with pure zinc layer via hot dipping technology for long-term anti-corrosion performance.
Available thickness from 0.15–3.0mm, standard widths:914,1000,1219,1250mm, custom slitting and cut to length supported. Zinc coating range Z30-Z350 g/m², regular, minimal and zero spangle options. Surface treatment includes passivation, oiled, CR-free and anti-fingerprint.
DX52D+Z GI coil is widely used for household appliance shells, moderate deep stamped metal parts, light automotive components, metal cabinet, electrical enclosure, decorative metal panels. Material test certificate can be provided for every batch, products meet EN, ASTM, JIS and GB requirements.

DX52D+Z GI coil is used for household appliance shells, electrical cabinets, moderate stamped metal components, light auto parts and decorative metal panels. It supports medium drawing forming.
ASTM: A653 DS Type A; JIS: SPCD+Z; GB:08Al+Z, all are medium drawing galvanized grades.
DX52D+Z has higher elongation and better drawing ability. DX51D+Z is only for simple bending, DX52D+Z can handle moderate stamping.
Yes, zero spangle surface available for visible cosmetic parts. Anti-fingerprint treatment can also be added.
