Product Overview
DX53D+Z Galvanized Steel Coil is high ductility hot-dip galvanized low carbon steel to EN 10346 standard, designed specially for deep drawing applications. With strictly limited carbon, manganese, phosphorus and sulfur content, this grade can withstand complex deep stamping without cracking, much better forming performance than DX51D+Z and DX52D+Z.
Product thickness range 0.15–2.5mm, standard width 914/1000/1219/1250mm, custom slitting and cut-to-length service available. Zinc coating from Z30-Z275 g/m², minimal spangle and zero spangle are popular choices. Surface treatment: passivation, oiled, chromium-free and anti-fingerprint AF.
DX53D+Z GI coil is widely applied in automotive inner components, deep drawn appliance housings, complex stamped metal shells, kitchen hardware and deep formed metal containers. Mill test certificate will be provided for every batch, meets EN, ASTM, JIS and GB standards.

ASTM A653 DS Type B; JIS SPCE+Z; GB 08Al deep draw galvanized steel.
DX53D+Z has lower carbon content and higher elongation, it can support deeper stamping and more complex forming shapes.
Z30-Z275 g/m². Heavy zinc coating Z350 is not commonly produced for deep drawing grades.
Choose DX54D+Z or DX56D+Z for ultra-deep drawing requirement.
