Product Overview
SPCC Cold Rolled Steel Coil is the general-purpose cold rolled carbon steel defined in JIS G3131 standard. It is produced by room-temperature cold rolling of pickled hot rolled substrate followed by annealing treatment, achieving ultra-flat bright surface and precise dimensional control.
SPCC grade is designed for simple bending, blanking and shallow stamping applications. It does not fit ultra-deep drawing forming. The smooth surface reduces pre-polishing work before coating, ideal for metal cabinets, electrical enclosures, furniture frames and simple stamped hardware.
Our mill supplies full range SPCC CRC coil. Custom slitting, flattening and cut-to-length service are supported. PE protective film can be pasted to avoid surface scratches in sea shipment.
