Product Overview
SPCC, SPCD and SPCE cold rolled carbon steel strip are mainstream JIS G3141 standard low carbon cold rolled steel grades, widely adopted by global stamping and hardware manufacturing industries. Produced by room-temperature cold rolling, full annealing and precision slitting treatment, this series steel strip features ultra-smooth surface, uniform internal grain structure and stable mechanical performance.
SPCC is general-purpose grade for simple bending and shallow stamping; SPCD is medium drawing grade for moderate forming parts; SPCE is ultra-high ductility grade specially customized for complex deep drawing and shell forming. All grades can be matched with international equivalent grades including GB Q195, EN DC01/DC03/DC04 and ASTM A1008 CS series, perfectly adapting to different regional engineering standards.
