Product Overview
SPCC-Z Galvanized Steel Coil is hot dipped galvanized steel coil manufactured according to JIS G3302 Japanese standard. SPCC base substrate is cold rolled mild steel, coated by hot dip zinc layer to provide anti-corrosion performance. This is the most popular commercial GI grade in Southeast Asia, widely used for simple forming, bending, roll forming.
Thickness range:0.15–3.0mm, standard widths:914,1000,1219,1250mm, custom slitting and cut to length service available. Zinc coating Z30-Z350g/m², regular spangle, minimal spangle and zero spangle optional. Surface treatment: passivation, oiled, chromium-free and anti-fingerprint.
SPCC-Z GI coil is widely used for ventilation ducts, light building frames, electrical cabinet shells, farm fencing, metal brackets and general hardware. Material can be supplied with MTC, meets JIS, EN, ASTM and GB standards.
