Product Overview
SPCD Cold Rolled Steel Coil is drawing-grade cold rolled carbon steel under JIS G3131 specification. It is manufactured by cold rolling pickled hot rolled base material and full annealing treatment to optimize forming performance.
SPCD is designed for medium drawing, moderate stamping and complex bending parts. It delivers lower yield strength and higher elongation than SPCC, preventing cracking during drawing process. Widely used for automotive inner components, home appliance shells, hardware accessories and medium-depth stamped parts.
Our factory provides SPCD cold rolled coil in full size range. We can slit coil strips, flatten and cut to custom lengths. PE protective film can be added to protect bright surface.
