Product Overview
SPHC, SPHD and SPHE are classic JIS G3131 hot rolled low carbon steel strip series, specially developed for hot forming and stamping industries. Produced by high-temperature hot rolling and controlled cooling process, this series strip features uniform texture, low internal stress and excellent plastic deformation ability.
SPHC is general-purpose hot rolled grade for conventional bending and forming; SPHD optimizes ductility for medium-depth hot stamping; SPHE is ultra-high plasticity grade for extra-deep drawing complex parts. The three grades form a complete hot rolling forming system, fully matching European DD11, DD12, DD13 equivalent standards.
Widely used in ERW welded steel pipe manufacturing, automotive hot stamping parts, mechanical hardware and engineering structural accessories.
