Product Overview

Zero Spangle GI Corrugated Roofing Steel Sheet is hot-dip galvanized corrugated sheet manufactured with zero spangle technology. Unlike regular spangle GI sheet with obvious zinc flower patterns, zero spangle product presents a flat, bright and uniform metallic surface. It adopts DX51D base steel, zinc coating weight ranging from Z60 to Z275 g/m² to satisfy different anti-rust requirements.

This bright surface galvanized roof panel can be produced in round wave corrugated or trapezoidal profiles, widely used for roofing and wall cladding of steel workshops, warehouses, farm barns, carports and temporary buildings. Custom thickness and cut-to-length service is supported. The zero spangle finish eliminates uneven zinc crystal marks, making it ideal for projects requiring neat surface or subsequent paint coating.

Hot dipped zinc layer offers cathodic protection for steel substrate. Zero spangle treatment will not reduce the corrosion resistance of galvanized coating.
