Product Overview
Cold-Rolled 201 Stainless Steel Plate is a low-nickel austenitic stainless sheet manufactured by cold rolling after hot rolled base material annealing and pickling. Produced in accordance with GB/T3280 standard, it features good mechanical properties and decorative performance, ideal for indoor environments without heavy corrosive media.
Available surface finishes include 2B, BA, HL hairline, No.4 satin, 8K Mirror and PVD colored coating. Thickness covers 0.3mm to 6.0mm, standard sheet dimensions: 1219×2438mm (4ft×8ft),1250×2500mm,1500×3000mm, customized cutting service is offered.
201 cold rolled stainless plate is widely used for indoor architectural decoration, metal hardware, decorative frames, cabinet panels and ornamental products. It is an economical alternative when 304 stainless is not required for harsh corrosion conditions.

We do NOT recommend 201 for long-term outdoor or coastal usage. Its low nickel content makes it vulnerable to rust under humid, salty environments. It is best for indoor decoration.
201 contains much less nickel than 304. 201 is more economical for indoor decorative use, while 304 delivers superior rust resistance for outdoor and wet working conditions.
Yes. HL hairline, No.4 satin, mirror and PVD colored finishes can be processed on 201 cold rolled plate.
Normally we supply 201 stainless plate in annealed soft state, easy for bending and stamping. Half-hard temper can be customized upon request.
